Obama repeals immutable law. In last night’s State of the Union address President Obama said, “We’ll bring down costs by changing the way our government pays for Medicare, because our medical bills shouldn’t be based on the number of tests ordered or days spent in the hospital – they should be based on the quality of care that our seniors receive.” In other words, time is no longer money, which should surprise no one because in this administration even money is no longer money.

Next ‘Dear Leader” will inform the masses that by his decree the sun will no longer rise in the east. Sad part is, most of his followers are stupid enough to believe him.

Here comes the death panels and the reduction in care. Pretty soon all that will be offered is the red or yellow pills and all the rest will simple slip away.

BHO is a charlatan. It is that simple, IMO. I know I have said it here before but it’s the guys who pull his strings that concerns me most. Until the GOP does something to check unconstitutional executive authority we are living under a one-party totalitarian system.

Once again, Obama proves the axiom, “Level of intelligence is inversely proportional to level of management.”

The Peter Principle! Except he doesn’t even seem to fit that, since he was never good at any job he had.

“our medical bills shouldn’t be based on the number of tests ordered or days spent in the hospital – they should be based on the quality of care that our seniors receive.”

They already did that some 30 years ago. They are called DRG’s, diagnostic related groups. The hpspital i spain a set amount of money that the average patient would need for a room, procedures, labs, etc. So mayne you are admitted with a heart attack and the DRG is 30 days ( this is not accurate-just for discussion purposes.) And they get a set amount for that. If the guy gets better and gets out before 30 days, the hospital gets to keep the difference. They can also get extra money if, for examply they discover a lung tumor as well (and more days) But woe to them if what appears to be a normal routine hearet attack turns out to stay MORE than the alloted days. THe cost is outrageous, and audits start bneing done to find out who the hell screwed this up. About 3 years ago, they started in on home health providers. Now if someone gets home health approved for say 3 wks at 3x a week for PT to increase their mobility and stamina, fine. if at the end of the 3 weeks, you need 3 more NO MATTER WHY, The agency won’t be paid, encouraging them to cut the patient loose whether they are ready or not. Say a totally non compliant diabetic in in the hospital for high blood sugars, and gets discharged to home health to teach her diet, and monitor her insulin intake, etc. She refuses to even TRY to follow the diet, doesn’t take her insulin, then calls EMS because she is ill. Her Blood sugar is 500+, she goes back to the hospital. THe agency doesn’t get paid, because they didn’t keep her out of the hospital. This is just working its way into other disciplines. MD’s have been nailed by poor reimbursement for years.

It means if the doctors can’t make ’em all better quickly, then they don’t get paid.

By “quality of care” I think he means the Death Panels will be polite when they chop Grandma off at the knees.

Obama and the democrat party do not recognize laws not made by them in their self interest as legitimate. You can see this in their disdain for the constitutional rights we now enjoy. So no surprise this proclaimatoon from the One.

If destruction was a monetary unit, Obama would be wealthier than King Solomon.
