Obamagate. A sampling of the growing number of folks, including Democrats, that are making this analogy. Obama as Nixon + 40: Nixon was elected in 1968 and 1972, Obama in 2008 and 2012. Watergate broke out in 1973, Obamagate in 2013. Nixon was driven from office in 1974, will history repeat again? We can’t decide if Joe Biden is more like Spiro Agnew or Gerry Ford.
