Oil companies pay $6.8 million in fines for not meeting federal quotas for blending in cellulosic biofuels even though there weren’t enough of those biofuels available for use. Yeah, ’cause we gotta reduce our dependency on foriegn oil (that’s why no Keystone pipeline?) Oh, and the oil companies ain’t paying those fines… you are.
