States give ObamaCare a massive vote of no confidence. Just 18 states have agreed to build insurance exchanges – the other 32, including 8 run by Dem governors, are leaving the task to the HHS. “That’s a remarkable vote of no confidence on a central element of ObamaCare, and one that’s caught the White House completely by surprise.” But it likely won’t be the last. The failure of this POS is on the horizon. Figures don’t lie but liars figure.
