Summer 2014 is the coldest in a decade. But but it’s supposed to be hot!
“It wasn’t clear if it was going to be a hot or a cool summer,” said National Weather Service meteorologist David Stark.
Yet they proclaim they can tell what the weather will be like in 50 or 100 years from now. Laughable.
