Sutherland Springs family sues store where shooter bought gun, seeking $25M in damages. Yes that’s right. The US Air Force screwed up and didn’t report the shooter to the FBI database, which allowed him to buy guns, legally as far as the store and the FBI knew. But let’s sue the store cuz stupid. Hopefully they’ll get judge who will toss this out of court.

There is no case here, not against the store. The USAF had admitted there was a mistake when he was booted, & if anyone is to be held accountable, it should be them.
