GM is sticking by its prediction that it will sell 10,000 electric/hybrid Chevy Volts by the end of the year. Only 5,000 had been through October. So where will all these Volts actually go? Mickey Kaus is launching Project Voltwatch to try and find out. They’ll undoubtedly do a better job than the DOJ did tracking the guns they sold to Mexican gangs. BTW, Obama’s DOE is expecting 120,000 to be sold next year (Volts, not guns.)
