Transgendered folks want free Obamacare mammograms. Yeah, very confusing – “Mammograms of what?” is your first thought. We don’t get it either. More importantly, we can’t believe the bureaucrats wrote 10,535 pages of regulations using 11,588,500 words and somehow this crucial situation got missed.
