He is the Honorable, but not particularly well-informed James R. Clapper, Director of National Intelligence.
Remarkably, Clapper’s display of ignorance -– he is completely unaware of the fact the Great Britain just arrested a dozen Muslim terrorists in a huge nationwide plot -– was in the same Diane Sawyer interview that yielded Janet Napolitano’s 7/24/364 quote.
(It’s Christmas -– give yourself a present and skip ahead to the 3:35 mark so you don’t have to listen to the rest of their nonsense.)
Napolitano said the day before this interview that the Brits have come up with no evidence to indicate that the plot was aimed at the United States, but what the hell. Shouldn’t a guy with the title Director of National Intelligence know about a major terror bust just carried out by our top ally?
Even Sawyer is stunned by the fact that he doesn’t.
