American citizens, especially travelers, are feeling more uneasy after a near miss by an Islamic terrorist who tried to blow up an airliner on Christmas.
But don’t worry, President Barack Obama is snuggy safe in his $4,000 a day Hawaiian estate. A maritime security zone has even been established around the estate.
“According to the Coast Guard, the maritime security zone includes a portion of Kailua Bay, beginning at Kapoho Point and extending westward to the shoreline at Namala Place, near the Castles surf spot. The zone also includes the adjacent Kawainui Channel beginning at Kapoho Point to a point 85 yards mauka of the North Kalaheo Avenue Bridge.”
By the looks of the gunboats and Coast Guard craft in the area, they mean business, too.
If someone gets caught trying to break that security zone, they’ll be looking at a prison term up to 10 years.
Unless they’re suspected members of Al Qaeda or Taliban. They’ll be released immediately and issued an official presidential apology.
