The hideous creature above is an Icelandic catshark. This hideous creature is a California liberal.

Naturally, scientists fear that global warming is responsible for attracting these unattractive fish to the area.

National Geographic has the money quote:

“Rising ocean temperatures due to global warming–which could be drawing unfamiliar fishes to the region–and increased deep-sea fishing may be responsible for the spike in fresh fish faces seen off Greenland.”

Can global warming, perhaps, be blamed for the rash of unattractive species recently attracted to Washington, DC?
