Newspaper publishes map of gun permit holders in Westchester & Rockland (NY) counties. Yeah, that will be helpful. These a**holes can’t be bothered to report on what Obama is doing but have the time to meddle in the affairs of private citizens who aren’t bothering anybody. LOL, hey this might even help lower the crime in those areas . . . the criminals will definitely think twice if they’ve read this in the papers.

That’s about what I thought. We all know whose houses WON’T get broken into. All the gun owners should now put signs on the front lawn that say “GUN OWNER LIVES HERE. THE PEOPLE ON EITHER SIDE ARE UNARMED IF YOU WANT TO BREAK INTO THEIR HOUSES NO ONE WILL SHOOT YOU”

I love it when the unintended consequences of liberals’ actions actually benefits second amendment supporters. Like you say, oodballz, we know which homes are safe and which aren’t thanks to the Slimes at the Times.

Yep. I also bet that a great deal of TX would be red dotted. If I was a thief I would take the map ignore the red dotted places and go to the neighborhood without red dots and go on a free shopping spree. This map doesn’t endanger the gun owners, it endangers those that do not have guns and do not LIVE near or beside a gun owner. For people that are sad and outrage at the death of innocent victims their scare tactics are outrageous and dangerous.

That’s a lot of dots in liberal-land…whats up with that? Looks like there are lots of people who are permitted to have a handgun. Watch they are gonna catch some burglar with a list of addresses in his pocket when he gets arrested.

If I didnt have a permit, I’d run out and get one ASAP and ask the paper to update their map.

I say make these gun owners sew little yellow cloth handguns onto the left chest of every shirt and jacket they own. We must, MUST know who these people are. This will make the rounding up so much easier.

Whoever published this has put themselves at great legal risk. What if some anti-gun wacko decides he is going to “get back” at one of these gun owners and attacks and kills them based on the information he got from this publication?

For ONCE, I would side with a trial lawyer.

On tips page someone put an article of some people putting the names and addresses of the editor and the journalists that did this. If they have guns or not criminals are welcomed to find out.
