When Obama says, “You can take that to the bank,” remember who owns all the banks

Way back on October 27, 2007 Candidate Obama told his supporters, “I will promise you this, that if we have not gotten our troops out by the time I am president, it is the first thing I will do. I will get our troops home. We will bring an end to this war. You can take that to the bank.”

This week, December 1, 2009, he promised to send 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan. Of course, it’ll take nine months to get them there and he also promised to begin bringing them home as soon as they all arrive.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs will undoubtedly tell us that President Obama’s actions are unprecedented, because that’s this administration’s favorite word.

But this speech may truly have been unprecedented. Because it may be the first time one speech was able to piss off liberals who don’t want to fight the war and conservatives who actually want to win the war.

And you can take that to the bank.

Another of his favorites is “let me be perfectly clear” or “I want to be clear” and follows with obfuscation.

Maybe we can take solice from the polls that the rest of America is waking up what the progressives are doing to the country.

You can take that to the bank was the tag line for the evil/dirty politician in a great steven segal film (before he squealed on the mob) called “Hard To Kill”….it is very fitting that barry used that line-very fitting indeed. Although he is closer to the evil jamaican guy in Marked For Death, named Screwface! I think that is a totally perfect nickname for barry-and from now on I shall call him screwface. If anyone here is really adept using photoshop-please, please, please p-shop barry’s face into screwface’s dreadlocks and email to me!

It’s unprecedented BECAUSE “it may be the first time one speech was able to piss off liberals who don’t want to fight the war and conservatives who actually want to win the war.”

Also because it may be the first time a President has been so blatant a liar on so many things.
