Liz Carter has been judged on the color of her skin, not the content of her character

Liz Carter, a white woman from Georgia, has been barred from a debate for Congressional candidates. The reason? She’s white.
The forum, moderated by Newsmakers Live, is solely for the black Republicans and Democrats running for Johnson’s 4th Congressional District seat, Carter took to the Internet to say.
Carter, a Republican, expressed her disappointment on Twitter Wednesday, asking, “What happened to diversity?”
“We called them, we asked to participate,” said Carter’s campaign manager, Cheryl Prater. But she said Newsmaker Live’s event moderator, Maynard Eaton, told the campaign that because Carter is white, she’s only allowed to sit in the audience and not participate.
Coming up next: Separate but equal bathrooms, drinking fountains and schools for blacks and whites.
That sound you hear is Martin Luther King turning over in his grave.

If this had been a whites only debate, the press would have s#$@ a ring around themselves that no black candidate was allowed. This is discrimination, just as surely as Jim Crow laws. How come its ok if the blacks do it, but a heinous crime if whites (or ayone else) does it. acism is alive and well in America. And it isn’t driven by redneck uneducated whites from the south. It is fermented and coddled in every black community, organization and home.

It’s time for black on everyone else racism to end. It’s time to put an end to them getting all the black miss American, black this and black that while everyone else has to watch their step.
It’s time to end affirmative action.
It’s time for people to stop hating themselves for something that didn’t involve them.
It’s time to start treating criminals and otherwise crappy people the way they SHOULD be treated without considering special exemptions because they are black.
Everyone involved in this hate crime should have to pay for racist discrimination. I’d go so far as to say that the so called news agency needs to come under serious scrutiny and any candidate who supported this needs to be removed from the ballot.
