Al Gore: Why no, I’m not a hypocrite for selling Current TV to oil emirs. “Lauer asks Gore not once but twice how he can square his accusations that other news organizations are bought by Big Oil and then sell his to Qatari oil emirs.” Gore’s response? Jazzy is a really great bunch of journ0lists and their climate change coverage is awesome, dude. And if you ask me again, I’ll repeat it in slightly different words. About 4:00 in if you can’t stay awake thru the whole thing.

Gore is like the tip of a festering boil, screaming to all, that he is not part of the infection, he represents the cure. This delusional sack of decayed political waste is exactly what is wrong with America today, its career politicians that have convinced themselves via congress circle jerks that they alone process the necessary wisdom to guide America towards their perverted ideas of equality of the masses of which they do not associate themselves. Gore is about money and influence, nothing more. Gore is without personal honor, morality or pride for the country he wants to destroy. Just another sock puppet of D.C.

It’s no wonder no one watches Current. I was channel flipping the other day and they had a show on about marijuana growers in Northern California. I figured if I watched it I’d soon get the munchies.

You’ve really hit bottom when a lightweight like Matt Lauer uses you for a punching bag. (Or when you have a show on Current TV).

Exactly what I was thinking. You are a liability to the Party if Matt Lauer is willing to get all journalistic on you.

If you’re a Democrat and Matt Lauer is giving you a hard time, the DNC wants to revoke your membership.

He claims Current TV won all the major awards in television. They only won an Emmy for their coverage of the Emmy awards show. I guess he considers that big news. I consider it big whoop.

Winning an Emmy is akin to winning a Nobel Prize. BFD. A bunch of pompous buffoons blowing smoke up each others ass.

He is a dirtbag, but not for selling CurrentTV to oil interests. I could care less about that. Hell, his family has been all about oil wealth, his old man, Senator Al Gore Sr had lots of Oxidental stocks. Does that jive with his “global warming/climate change” BS? No, but he’s a fraud on many levels, so that does’nt bother me. But selling CurrentTV to anti-American islamists, IS A BIG DEAL. That is what should piss people off. The fact they told Beck’s people that AlJazzera was more closely aligned with what CurrentTV wanted then The Blaze is should be very disturbing.

Just keep telling yourself that Al. That and your plastic surgeon is working magic. Sold his soul to the devil itself and now wishes to tell others that he’s not a sellout and a lying hypocritical bastard. Guess all those years in the presence of Billy has rubbed off

I like how he claims Current is the only independent news station, then we find out he’s on the board of Apple. I wonder what Currents coverage of Apple products is like… Savage was all over this kind of stuff a few weeks back. Talking about how everyone in the media is on the board of this or the board of that and how if you look at the board members of any major company, they are board members of countless other things as well. Obviously if the owner of a major media outlet is on the board of anything that’s not related to that media outlet, they will be biased to the business they are on the board of. How can they not? (It’s not just democrats btw) I’ll try to be brief and bring politics into this. How many former politicians (like Gore) end up being on some board or some chairmanship or some executive position in major a corporation after they retire or lose an election? Quite a few. While Gore started his own network, many politicians go on to established businesses. The reason? We live in a fascist nation. The government and politicians don’t own the… Read more »

Gore is on the board of Apple, one more reason for me to NEVER purchase any of their products.

I didn’t even need that motivation, I hate Apple products. However, if I were inclined to use them, this would put an end to it.

Some right-wingers have called me a hypocrite for selling current TV to Big Oil but that is a complete myth! What is their evidence? None!
My evidence? If you bother to look this out at snopes dot com or google for some other truthfull newsources, you will probably see a flat-out denial, just like I am offering to you right now!

This one sounds like a Gore fan! The Dr deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. A woman from Los Angeles who was a tree hugging, liberal Democrat and an anti-hunter purchased a piece of timberland near Colville , WA . There was a large tree on one of the highest points in the tract. She wanted a good view of the natural splendor of her land so she started to climb the big tree. As she neared the top she encountered a spotted owl that attacked her. In her haste to escape, the woman slid down the tree to the ground and got many splinters in her crotch. In considerable pain, she hurried to a local ER to see a doctor. She told him she was an environmentalist, a Democrat, and an anti-hunter and how she came to get all the splinters. The doctor listened to her story with great patience and then told her to go wait in the examining room and he would see if he could help her. She sat and waited three hours before the doctor reappeared. The angry woman demanded, “What took you so long?” He smiled and then told her, “Well, I had to get… Read more »

Weather Whore Al Gore was on PBS tonight talking with Charlie Rose trying to justify his sale of Current TV to AlGorezeera or whatever the F*ck it is called nowadays. This pig is certainly keeping up the PR appearances to cover his ass…I hope the owners of Al Jazeera find out just how bad they got screwed and go all Jihad on Gore’s ass.

Of course you aren’t a hypocrit, bless your heart. Just like you aren’t being a hypocrit when you claim the ocean is getting ready to inundate all the coastal regions, then buy a mansion 2 feet from the shore, or tell us all to cut our energy usage while you have (at least) 2 huge mansions that use more electricity in a day than my apartment uses in a year. Bless your heart.
