CHP officer shot on highway is dead. THIS should not have happened. Yes, I am on my soapbox. Yes I’m hijacking IHTM. Yes I am upset about it. No I didn’t know this man among men. This happened a mere few miles from where I live. A traffic stop for an expired license plate turns into a murder of a California Highway Patrol Officer with a wife and 4 kids.
