IRS warns employers: Do not try to avoid ObamaCare insurance mandate. “The IRS said it would issue a so-called ‘anti-abuse rule’ in an attempt to prevent employers from using temp agencies to circumvent the mandate…” Wonder how the IRS feels about employers moving production to China?

Ida business cannot charge more than 9.5% of an employees wage for healthcare then they shouldn’t have to pay more than 9.5%.

That’s why the IRS needed to buy a whole shitload of hollow point ammo. The next threat from the IRS will be pay up or we shoot.

The IRS is out of control and needs to be abolished. There needs to be a national sales tax and not an income tax. This will ensure that everyone pays their fair share. If you purchasing anything and I mean anything, there is a 20 to 25% tax place on it. If you dont buy something you dont pay the damn tax. No need for a tax code, not need for filing taxes or any thing else.

As for corporations getting around barrycare, they are going to find every way possible to stay in business. Contrary to some here, business are in business to make a profit not to just create jobs. If they are not making a profit, they are not going to be in business. It is that simple.

Texas has operated on property taxes and sales taxes for years. No income tax. And we can’t cover our bills. Last session, the legislature cut some $5 billion from education, This in a state with one of the highest drop out rates in the country, and many kids not really getting it even if they do graduate. There are pros and cons on every approach. But no matter how you cut the mustard, if you continue to spend more than you have, there is going to be a problem,

If politicians had any real concern for the country, you could cut huge amounts from “education” and still have kids graduating with better knowledge of what they need for life than they have now. They cut education, but the wrong parts of it, in an attempt to scare people into wanting to pay more taxes. Same with threats of cuts in fire and police services. Scare tactics. Cut the waste in government, not the legitimate functions.

If the government did it’s job in a lawful manner, according to the Constitution, there would be no need for these taxes.

Well, there would be, a nominal tax, to cover what is necessary, but nothing like they are doing now.

Before the income tax, federal government was funded by import tariffs and other small fees. If they were ONLY doing what the Constitution allows, they could go back to that.

Yea, like that’s going to happen!
We’re too busy bribing people that hate us with cash gifts to do things that way again.

Bullshit. Ron Paul could not have prevented it. He didn’t even address it as a Congressperson. You are soooooo gullible and stupid.

Why did’nt Ron Paul stop Obamacare when he was in Congress?

Ron paul is all talk, not much action, & I hope his son does better in Congress then the old man was.

Personally, I will NEVER, EVER under ANY circumstance vote for Rand Paul for anything. The Ron Paul supporters so pollute the political environment that I just can’t stomach another Paul for any reason. I am sick of them due to their supporters.

The Corporate Greed that controls Congress wouldn’t let him get anything done. The same reason why he was not given his rightful chance at the RNC.

Hee didn’t HAVE a rightful chance at the RNC. That is a little detail you seem to be unable to grasp. The nomination had ALREADY BEEN WON BY ROMNEY. Period. End of story. Ron Paul LOST big time in every possible way. Give up your fantasy and move on.

Because he never had the votes from within the RNC. He’s been running for President for a long time, & never had the traction. Did I like McCain or Romney? Not really, but Paul would’nt be much of an improvement over either of those 2, & he’s not really much different then most pols. He’s been in politics forever, went against what he says he stands for plenty of times, & did little to change the culture in DC. But he did manage to get the most annoy people to become his biggest followers…like you.

I foresee most chain restaurants, and any other major businesses that can pll it off becoming franchises. This will allow them to stay under the 49 employee limit. Otherwise, they will be creating lots of part time employees.

Correct, that will happen. Because liberalism always generates the exact opposite of it’s stated intent. To all those folks who don’t realize what’s going on until they get hit with it, you were warned.

Agreed, I keep waiting for the NFL to require that all players wear pink tutus and kiss each other on the opening kickoff. Roger Goodell is, singularly, the worlds biggest pussy.

Here is a sad but very real truth – the more this government continues to abuse citizens, the more citizens are going to hate it. And I mean HATE it. It is the one dynamic that make me despise Barack Obama with a passion. He has taken this country to a place where I literally hate with a burning passion what America has become.

This is now a nation where an ignorant, despicable, and hideous low life can get a television show if he has 11 children by 10 different sluts.

ANY company that advertises on Oxygen Channel should be crushed, destroyed, and put out of business by anyone who believes in the smallest amount of decency (I realize this phrase excludes all Democrats).

You can’t get checkls there. You have to have them deposited in a US bank. Of course, then you can withdraw hatever, but they won’t send the check directly. Most of the retirees I know that went to Mexico for the lower cost of living also maintain a small residence in the states. I don’t know if that’s required, but I am pretty sure about the banking.

I have my retirement deposited directly to a debit card that is based with a bank here. I wish there was a way I could move my retirement out of the country before they all get grabbed.

Put it in physical silver and lock in your own safe. Not only will you physically possess it but metals are more stable then fiat anyway.

Keeps it out of Corporate Greed’s grubby hands.

And next you go to the grocerystore, just take a bar or two of silver with you. They’ll happily accept that in payment

@John

“I don’t understand some people, taking worthless paper and rejecting real money”

Why then do you do it? Clearly your dole payments are made with fiat currency. Indeed your dole payments are one of the major reasons that we have fiat currency. Your necessitating the corporatist system is one on the many reasons Ron Paul has for not wanting to support you.
