The Sonoran tourism office may want to rethink its ad campaign aimed at Arizona tourists.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio called attention to this frightening ad that ran in the Arizona Republic. From the good sheriff’s twitter page:
“I want the public to call 1-800-4SONORA & demand to know the meaning of this ad that was in the AZ Republic today http://twitpic.com/1ptueq”
Surely the ad means that when they spot a tourist from Arizona, they’ll buy him a nice cool cerveza and a delicious taco dinner courtesy of the Federales.
