The liberal media could learn a thing or two from Martin Luther King

Which rally do you think Martin Luther King would have supported?

Here’s what Martin Luther King said on August 28, 1963:

“I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

And here’s how the Associated Press reported Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor rally on August 28, 2010:

“Conservative commentator Glenn Beck and tea party champion Sarah Palin appealed Saturday to a vast, predominantly white crowd on the National Mall to help restore traditional American values and honor Martin Luther King’s message.”

A vast, predominantly white crowd? Any word on the content of their character?

My wife and I were there, at the 8/28 Rally…and it was awesome! Frankly, there are few better adjectives to describe it. The crowd, the attitude, the message. And even the grand race baiter himself could not possibly have anything negative to say about it, but he will, as did the irresponsible lame stream media.

It was all about MLK….his message, and his niece, Dr. Alita King, was amazing as well. As was our Sarah, and the rest. All I can say is WOW!What a great crowd, what a beautiful day….and I have lots of pictures…

MSM – doggedly continuing to promote division and prejudice while truth lies bleeding in the street.

Interesting – when dealing with whites, it the race card.

When caught with hand in the cookie jar, it the “stupid card” – Rangel, Waters, Eddie Bernice Johnson, Kwame Kilpatrick, etc ….

We’ll know things are really changing when some of these people play the “my fault” card and take responsibility – it *should* start with the man in the WH.

I’m beginning to think that in my lifetime they will enact a law that makes it a crime to be “white while in public.” If whites congregate for anything, anywhere, it is always contrued by the liberals in the media as a racist, hate filled event. Minorities can gather and spew as much hate as they please and the liberals don’t bat an eye.

I think they have already commented on the content of our character-we are terrorists, racist biggots, who hate blacks and hispanics……isn’t that what they have been saying about us all along? We disagree with barry so we are terrorist racists.
Too funny-the media blew it on this one-and beck saw them coming from 10 miles away-just brilliant-just a brilliant event-and well received by all-not just conservatives-the middle America crowd who have been on the fence saw the speeches, heard there was no political rhetoric, except from the retards covering the event from the MSM and huffpo types……brilliant Glenn-just brilliant!

This country will become truly inclusive when we quit separating people into groups. But that’s never gonna happen as long as liberal politicians pander to those groups for votes, and the liberal media keeps pitting one group against another.

Excuse me…Mr. President? I thought you promised to usher in an era of post-racial tranquility? Surely that couldn’t have been another lie told just to get elected…

MSM are professional race-baiters. They must be because its part of the DNA makeup of liberal/progressive mutants.

Yeah I read that a couple days ago… Then it goes on to talk about a group lead by one of the Rev. against the Glenn Beck crowd… but nowhere did it mention the Rev.’s crowd was predominantly black. (which they were… shame on them…)They can forget a man is black for an hour, but they make damn sure to take note if a crowd has a majority of white people. (or is that just Chris Mathews?)

Wait, you said black, that’s racist. Oh hell, if you’re white you’re racist. I was so stupid in 2008 that I thought we might get one good thing out of the election of Obama and that would be the shredding of the race card. But once again, Rush was right, racism charges became even more prevalent.
