Miguel Rodriguez memorandum November 29, 1994 Vincent Foster not suicidal. Interesting. Kind of like proof that he didn’t shoot himself and then zombie it over to the park for some sun. The Vince Foster Case.

The ‘Brett Kavanaugh’ who attended the meeting where this memo was presented is the very same one under consideration for the Supreme Court nomination; if Trump does nominate him, I wonder if any of the Senators will ask him about the Foster investigation, of which he was nominally the head.

You might as well get used to the idea, Kavanaugh will get the nomination. I wasn’t aware of it until JP posted his article about the Supreme Court nominees and how they were selected. So I have been reading up on the subject and he hit the nail on the head. The entire process is rigged and corrupt, has been for a long time.

Kavanaugh is one of “them”. A Yale graduate, an east coast elitist, just the kind of person the snobby elitists want sitting on the bench. Did you know only 10 of the last 25 Justices picked did not attend Yale or Harvard? The last Supreme Court justice to get approved without a Yale or Harvard degree was Sandra Day O’Connor who was appointed by Reagan in 1981. She attended Columbia law school.

The dumbocraps will blow some smoke, yell about some decision Kavanaugh made when he was a circuit court judge, then “relent” and say it is for the best. Kavanaugh will then get approved by a “small margin”. He is one of “them”, he knows how the game is played, and the Democrats love him for it.
