Obama on gas prices: “…they don’t need an additional incentive when gas is $3.75 a gallon, when oil is $1.20 a barrel…” The $1.20/barrel number comes from the official WH transcript of his speech – he could have meant $120. Even so, nobody can figure out what the hell point he’s trying to make about the cost of a input barrel of oil and an output gallon of gas.
