Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ new election crimes unit has recommended state police open a full criminal investigation into a Democrat whistleblower’s detailed complaint of a long-running, widespread ballot harvesting operation in the African-American communities in politically important central Florida.
She described an intricate system funded by liberal leaning organizations that dispatch ballot brokers into black communities to pressure voters to turn over their ballots. The $10 fee per ballot is divvied up among the parties who help complete the harvesting.
There’s a ton of EVs disabled from Ian. As those batteries corrode, fires start. That’s a new challenge that our firefighters haven’t faced before. At least on this kind of scale. #HurricaneIanpic.twitter.com/WsErgA6evO
The "Top Secret" Mar-a-Lago documents were so secret and Earth-shatteringly important that the FBI agents dumped them on the floor and took pictures of them for their Blue Anon friends in the media. pic.twitter.com/VD8XFB9fEA
Former Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum has been indicted on multiple charges connected to campaign contribution fraud before and during his 2018 run for governor of Florida.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida unsealed the indictment Wednesday, showing Gillum has 21 counts against him. The indictment alleges that Gillum accepted gifts and campaign contributions from an undercover FBI agent.
Gillum is facing charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and making false statements to FBI agents, the court document says.
Sharon Lettman-Hicks was also listed as a defendant in the indictment.
Rather than cover actual scandals involving Democrat governors and their botched responses to COVID, CBS’ “60 Minutes” tried to invent a scandal involving Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ distribution of vaccines. To push the false narrative and protect its favored governors, “60 Minutes” refused to interview people who disputed its false narrative, selectively edited video to hide facts, and omitted data that debunked its thesis and accurately describe Florida’s success.
St. Petersburg, Fla.: Abraham Quraishi has been charged w/a terrorism offense & more in relation to an anti-police riot where he came armed w/an illegal gun & molotov cocktail. His roommate was also charged for allegedly setting off a molotov cocktail. https://t.co/iZIYSLGjaOpic.twitter.com/FHgcohJ1CR
Finally, They’re Honest About It: BLM ‘Protester’ Charged With Terrorist Activity in Florida. Seattle and Portland Police Departments don’t do shit. If they do arrest someone their Soros DA makes sure they get out of jail. Florida has had it. Frankly, we don’t get why DHS doesn’t arrest them on terrorist charges. They have enough of them on the books. This would bypass the Soros DA and local liberal judges.
But just to show you the difference in how BLM/Antifa crimes are treated, there has been a BLM ‘protester’ charged with terrorist activity in Florida.
26 year old Abraham Quraishi was arrested for inciting a riot and resisting arrest in June after he threw ammunition at the police. Police allegedly discovered he was carrying a loaded gun without a permit.
He drove a car to the protest and parked it outside police headquarters. Police later discovered a Molotov cocktail inside the car.
The Atlanta-based Court of Appeals ruling could allow Florida to strip the voting eligibility of up to 1 million felons who have not finished their criminal sentences, paid outstanding fines, restitution for their crimes and other fees, The Hill reports. The decision is an impactful one with Florida’s August primary and the general election just months away. The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is continuing to consider the matter.
Man Deliberately Rams Vehicle Into GOP Tent Full Of Volunteers, Trump Responds. Another crazed Bernie Bro? Buttigieg buddy? Pocahontas warrior? Time will tell.
Update:
Police arrested 27-year-old Gregory William Loel Timm. He was “charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a person over 65 years old, criminal mischief and driving without a license,” News Jax 4 reported.
Lt. Larry Gayle told News Jax 4 that police are monitoring social media to see if Timm’s video will pop up.
“We don’t know if this is politically motivated,” Gayle said. “We’ve got detectives coming out. We’re following up on information and trying to determine if we can identify this person right now.”
Some now think they have found the answer in a single incident that occurred in 2014. A police report shows that’s when Israel’s then-17-year-old son, Brett, was accused of participating in a sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
The case was investigated by Scot Peterson — the armed deputy who took cover while children and staff were shot last February. Using the Obama-era guidelines, Peterson’s recommendation helped his boss’s son receive just a three-day suspension.
“Everyone in this county is wondering why Peterson was allowed to retire so quickly and take his pension,” said local attorney Alex Arreaza, who represents victims of the school tragedy. “Normally deputies would not be allowed to retire under those circumstances, but in this case, Peterson was allowed to. This report gives a plausible reason,” he said.
The state of Florida, and therefore the nation, is forced to wait for the verdict of three statewide races thanks to the negligence of Palm Beach and Broward County election officials Susan Bucher and Brenda Snipes. Each county submitted their unofficial election results on Saturday after days of confusion, misplaced ballots, and questionable counting methods but the statewide process will continue due to the close margin of error in Florida’s Governor, Senate, and Florida Agriculture Commissioner races.
Accusing Democrats of a coordinated effort to “steal the election,” Republican Senate candidate Rick Scott filed explosive lawsuits late Thursday against the top election officials in two heavily Democratic counties, as three major races in the state appeared headed for recounts and votes continue to be tallied.
In his lawsuit against Broward County, Scott and the National Republican Senatorial Committeee (NRSC) allege that officials there are continuing to hide critical information about the number of votes cast and counted. And in a parallel suit against Palm Beach County, Scott and the NRSC charge that the election supervisor illegally used her own judgment to determine voter intent when reviewing damaged absentee ballots.
Department of Justice Report Whitewashes Pulse Nightclub Police Response. In our opinion the report should have said it would have been better if the Keystone Cops had responded. We’re not talking about the average cop or swat team member, the fault lies with the chief and some of the brass.
That sound you hear is the ACLU howling in protest. Florida Governor Rick Scott, a Republican, just signed a bill that requires welfare applicants to get drug tested.
That sound you hear is the ACLU howling in protest. Florida Governor Rick Scott, a Republican, just signed a bill that requires welfare applicants to get drug tested. The theory behind it is that if taxpayers are required to get drug tested at work, then the people supported by their tax dollars should be required to meet the same strict standards. Seems fair to us.
CBS Miami has the pee particulars:
The bill also requires that those who apply for welfare must pay for the drug testing out of their own pockets. However, the cost would be reimbursed if the person passes the drug test.
Republicans said the measure was needed because if taxpayers are screened at their place of employment, so should welfare recipients. The drug testing bill was a priority for Scott.
“While there are certainly legitimate needs for public assistance, it is unfair for Florida taxpayers to subsidize drug addiction,” Governor Scott said. “This new law will encourage personal accountability and will help to prevent the misuse of tax dollars.”
Next stop? We say candidates for political office should also be drug tested.
Overuse of controlled substances may be the only way to explain Democrat policies.
