There used to be some registered pedos around here but their neighbors made sure they were uncomfortable and had them flushed. The nearest one now is at a trailer park(Go figure) a few miles away. There’s a metric assload in South Bend just west of here though.

I’m a little disappointed. The perv can still walk.

You really want to shoot someone don’t ya Pop? 😉

Only if they really deserve it.

This is how we dealt with things years ago… Before you could get lawyers from a vending machine.

This was a good start, the guy should have finished the job.

What is it with perverts and their need to blast their perversion to the world? Do they really think it will garner the type of attention they are looking for (acceptance for one)? It is very weird.

You all know how I feel about pedophiles. I hope for the sake of my soul, the Lord Father spares me having to confront one, because that pedophile is going to die. I don’t even think I will bother with the police. I may get a like minded person to help me just get rid of the body and move on with my life.

Let me know if I can help.

I shall… I am actually not joking. Even if you can’t physically help, so you can send someone reliable or instructions or something. I know there are cops members here, but seriously, I feel I am doing a civil service. Why get the government involved? Caught in the act, a real innocent victim? This is not a problem for me to do what needs to get done. Kill him/her, get rid of the body, pray a lot, hopefully the Lord will forgive and keep moving.

I grew up with a particularly bad one, a super genius sex pervert, rapist, pedophile. I have no idea where he is. All I know is there is a street named after his family and every time I drive by that street it gives me the creeps. If he’s still alive, and there’s nothing that would suggest he is not, wherever he is I’m sure he’s an accomplished serial killer by now. He got caught, arrested, and convicted for raping teenagers when he was younger. He would kidnap a group of them, put them in the back of his van, and then threaten them with a firearm (or a knife, I can’t remember) to make them have sex with each other before raping them himself. When he was released from prison (WTF, right?), his mother happened to be on the board of the place where I worked. She would come and sit in my office, technically one of my bosses, and complain about the treatment her son was getting. First of all he had to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life which was making it hard to find a place to live. Then he got re-arrested for stalking a little girl at her morning bus stop. Fortunately, the little girl told her mother about him. The mother hid behind a tree the next morning and got photos of him parked across the street including a good shot of his license plate. His mother thought it was so unfair because he hadn’t done anything. Put me in an awkward spot because I wasn’t sympathetic to her son’s predicament at all. Finally I simply told her the truth: that her son was a predator, probably always would be a predator, and I was glad they had arrested him. I never got another raise at that place. He’s out again, last I heard living somewhere out west but I hope he didn’t inherit his parents’ house when they died because that would mean he’s back living in my community and I have grandchildren. Perfect example of how the legal system isn’t adequate for some situations.

Is it murder to kill someone like this? If a person plans and execute the killing of such a person, is that murder? I would like the Lord Jesus’ Word on this… perhaps yes, because it is not self defense or in defense of others at the moment the person is doing the crime, but under these particular sets of circumstances one could make the argument the world would be better off without this person, and persons unknown are safe, because he is dead.

Sure there is the vengeance factor and announcement of his death would bring relieve to previous victims.

It shouldn’t be murder any more than shooting and killing a home invader should be. Invade my home or threaten kids in my family(Not that I have any myself) and you will be unpleasantly surprised.

Someone pulled up in a beat up old Chevy van one time and tried to pull a neighborhood kid in there. I ran down there and beat the sh!t out of him. He started yelling that he was going to call the cops and I yelled back “Go right ahead you fvcking degenerate!” The cops probably would have shook my hand.

I am asking about assassinating a person that has done it, went free and is free and there is a legitimate worry or fear of him doing again or it is possible he is doing it still…

Are you the cop?

In this particular matter the only law I care about is G-D’s. So far is a philosophical question.

KimmyQueen
Member

Thanks for your input, but it doesn’t answer my question.

KimmyQueen

You are calling it murder according to the laws that let a man like that go. Your answer is naturalistic and practical. I conceded that under those simplistic circumstances it is.

My question is philosophical and outside of the naturalistic and practical confines of the human laws. The answer is probably simple, or it may prove complex or unanswerable.

To explain… I would be ok doing time for “murdering” people like this for as long as my life exists or for a time (which is hypocritical because these people don’t stay in prison for life unless they murder someone). That is man’s law. My question is more about it REALLY being murder to the point that my soul would be in danger… I can and will ask G-D these questions. Let’s see…

I mean to be honest we can go deep here… Would killing Hitler after he wrote his book and after he took power, but before he started sending Jews, Christians and other human beings to the gas chambers… would that be murder? Why wait until he does horrible things first if he has all the intentions of doing horrible things? And why is assassinating Hitler AFTER he has actually accomplished starting and continuing evil totally fine across the world (generally), but killing a man such as J.P. describes considered “murder”? ESPECIALLY if there is LEGITIMATE fear he is doing it now or could do it in the future…

Any reasonable person would consider it vermin eradication at worst, or a public service at best.

However, in today’s society, the 3 s rule would be the best bet.

Shoot
Shovel
SHUT UP!

If assassinating a murdering dictator or a dictator whose policies are making the nation impoverished and endangering their lives, is totally acceptable (all in all, even morally), then why is the assassination of a man that JP describes murder? :-/

Now…ok maybe the laws that allows this vermin to walk free WOULD consider it murder…, fine… not a problem… my question then is basically philosophical or theological in nature as to the state of the soul of a person who takes it upon herself to end the life of vermin of this caliber. I guess this question is unanswerable for it is essentially asking what G-D thinks of this matter and we may not be allowed to know.

I guess the only thing that we know for sure is that caught in the act, I have a gun or a knife or a weapon of some kind, the pedophile is dead.

If I can enlist the parents or guardians to agree and get appropriate and like minded help for the child, I don’t see the reason to burden tax payers with getting the government involved… this is an issue that can be taken care of quite easily.

Otherwise, I cannot imagine the government crying very much over a dead pedophile caught in the act, that would just be a sign of something really bad going on in society.

I’ll tell you someone who has taken a lot of heat over the years for how he reacted in such a situation is former Penn State Assistant Coach Mike McQueary. He caught former defensive coach Jerry Sandusky raping a little boy in the shower room. He called his father distraught, who told him to tell Coach Paterno what he saw, and he did. But what people like you and me wonder is why did he walk away when he saw that and leave that poor little boy with Sandusky? Why didn’t he immediately grab the monster by his neck and strangle him, or beat the living crap out of him?

KimmyQueen

That creature is a coward and a bitch. If I was the child’s parent I would sue him.

My question is more about getting rid of the trash previously described by you, not caught in the act.

By the way, after I posted that comment I decided to Google him and found a long article about him. Made my blood curdle. The article made him out to be a victim because everywhere he tries to live they run him out of town.

I kind of wish these type of people IF they are unrepentant can just end it all themselves and create some space on the planet.

As a LEO this does my heart good. A dad being a dad. Took care of the problem without running around wondering what to do. Take charge and deal with what needed to be dealt with.

Glad to see the pervert get street justice at the scene of the crime.

We might describe this incident as self-defense against a sexual predator, but Oregon statutes describe it as first degree, aggravated failure to celebrate diversity, which carries a life sentence.

JPTravis

“Aggravated failure to celebrate diversity.” At first I sort of guffawed with a mouthful of coffee… but then I thought about it and realized how fucking close we are to that being written into the law books.
