“Global warming IS the reason…” So exclaims a local TV reporter as a “sharknado” approaches Los Angeles in a new movie on Syfy. Global warming is such a joke it now plays the part of boogeyman in low-budget science fiction movies… right alongside giant ants, time-traveling dinosaurs, and vampires.
