Bart Stupak is the pro-life Democrat dimwit who provided the final vote for Obamacare after accepting the president’s promise to write an Executive Order allaying his concerns. Now he’s “perplexed and disappointed” that HHS is covering birth control and abortifacients, and he thinks it’s illegal. Anybody got a dunce cap he can borrow?
