Bad news down at the United States Postal Service. They’re having trouble with their new President Obama postage stamp. Turns out the stamp isn’t sticking to envelopes very well.
This has apparently enraged the President, who immediately demanded a full investigation.
After spending $7.8 million in “stimulus” funds on scientific research, the source of the problem was discovered:
Democrats were licking the back side of the stamp until there was no adhesive left. And Republicans were spitting on the front side of it.
