USA is the only major industrialized nation to meet Kyoto goal. And we did it accidentally. We never ratified the damn thing so we’re not bound by it, but Obama trashed the economy so thoroughly we can’t afford to emit carbon dioxide at previous levels. We’ve gone green by going in the red.
