Calling Jimmy Carter a “useful idiot” would be a waste of one word

by editor on May 2, 2011

Remember back when Jimmy Carter’s brother Billy was thought of as the family idiot? Feel free to consider those the good ol’ days because Jimmy is proving himself not only to be the worst President in recent history, but the worst ex-President.

Politico.com has the story:

Wrapping up his visit this week to Pyongyang, former President Jimmy Carter says relations between North Korea and South Korea are “currently at rock bottom.” Nonetheless, he said he believes the North is committed to getting talks underway.

Carter was joined on the three-day trip by former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari, former Norwegian Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland and former Irish President Mary Robinson. . . .

Carter also used his trip to North Korea to observe the country’s food rationing system. That the United States and South Korea have chosen “to deliberately withhold food aid to the North Korean people because of political or military issues not related is really indeed a human rights violation,” he said.

Yes, Jimmy Carter says the United States is guilty of human rights violations for deliberately withholding food from a nation that intentionally closes itself off from the rest of the world and routinely starves its own citizens.

Carter has never met an anti-American dictator he didn’t love, but at least we can’t recall him ever bowing to one.

Billy pisses on a tarmac and is laughed at – Jimmy pisses on America and gets a Nobel Prize? America elected the wrong Carter.

So, it’s foreigner governments starving the North Koreans? If you didn’t know he was such a fool, you’d almost think he was TRYING to be ironic there.

Another gem is the bit about the relationship between North and South Korea being at rock bottom: No, dipshit- “rock bottom” when referencing foreign relations is called a WAR. Don’t worry, though, your vapid little comment will seem less stupid in retrospect, when the situation DOES devolve into war. Which it inevitably will, by the way, as liberal foreign policy towards dictators seems to be, “Well, let’s just sit back and wait until they’re too firmly in control to be removed in any way other than military action, then when the conservatives step in to save our asses, we can kick back and demonize them as warmongers!”

Why does anyone listen to what this old buffoon has to say? He is the sole reason for the radicals in Iran and the mess in the Middle East.

As for the food rationing, its the North that is doing it. Carter learned nothing will in the Naval Academy and as president. You can not feed your enemy.

Would it be possible to revoke his passport while he is there? They can keep him and let him start the North Korean version of Habitat for Humanity

Re: “sole reason,” wrong. Started with Nixon and Kissinger.

Who would you rank as the worst Presidents ever? My choices would be:

1) FDR – started the modern welfare state
2) LBJ – expanded the welfare state
3) Nixon – hung the EPA around our necks and I hated his 55MPH speed limit.
4) tie, Carter /Obama. But there is still a year and a half left for O to “improve” his ranking.

Jimmy Carter would also likely say Wal Mart is evil for not giving free food to a psychotic leftist recluse who would rather spend all his money buying weapons and ammo than feeding his family.

On January 20, 1981, minutes after Carter’s term in office ended, the 52 U.S. captives held at the U.S. embassy in Iran were released, ending the 444-day Iran hostage crisis.

Now wouldnt such a great humanitarian been able to resolve this without being kicked out of office?

He is such a patheic fool. If he wasn’t such a horrid human being,ya just might feel sorry for him. Unable to except what a complete failure he was as a President, and in his search for respect,he runs off to any America-hating foreign leader to be used for propananda. And his sick need to feed his massive ego leaves him unable to distinguish between the two
