The Strange Case of Barack Jekyl and Obama Hyde

by editor on June 18, 2011

We’ve learned our president is a Jekyl and Hyde character. Barack Jekyl is completely clueless about how to improve the economy and Obama Hyde is hell-bent to cause more destruction.

schizophrenic cap

Which Barack Obama will we get today?

US News profiles the destructive alter-ego in action:

Two new EPA pollution regulations will slam the coal industry so hard that hundreds of thousands of jobs will be lost, and electric rates will skyrocket 11 percent to over 23 percent, according to a new study based on government data.

“Many of these severe impacts would hit families living in states already facing serious economic challenges,” said Steve Miller, president of the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity.

Just a hunch, but we figure those are states he didn’t figure to win next year. To continue…

The industry says the costs and potential to lose four jobs for every new clean energy job created isn’t worth the rules, especially in a job-starved economy.

Raising the price of electricity for strapped families while putting more workers out of jobs. Obama’s focusing like a laser on the economy so he can vaporize it. But there is an upside, they claim:

…officials said that just one of the rules to cut sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions will would yield up to $290 billion in annual health and welfare benefits in 2014.

And the stimulus will reduce unemployment below 8%. And Obamacare will reduce the deficit. The next time this bunch’s numbers prove correct will be the first.

Multiple personalities or not, we wish he’d imitate a job and vanish.

When they control all the costs associated with living in this country, they control us. We need to kick their treasonous asses, be they blue or red, out of office and try them for treason! Hang ’em, shoot ’em, bury ’em up to their necks in an open field and play frisbee golf! Just don’t jail them at our expense for the rest of their lives! We clearly need to put them out of our misery!

Obama’s new credo when it comes to cumbersome regulations and their relationship to the economy is, “Rush it, to flush it!”

I recall in the campaign he said he believed in expensive energy. He has doubled-down on America with great wrath because he knows he has but a short time.

Even so, come quickly November 2012!

“…officials said that just one of the rules to cut sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions will would yield up to $290 billion in annual health and welfare benefits in 2014.”

According to healthaffairs.org “We estimate that the medical costs of obesity could have risen to $147 billion per year by 2008.” Why is our lovely first lady wasting her time fooling around with the insignificance of obesity when she could be focusing on an issue that’s twice as costly to our economy?

And for a broader look, forahealthieramerica.com ranks the highest impact diseases as:
Heart Disease and Stroke: $432 billion/year
Diabetes: $174 billion/year
Lung Disease: $154 billion/year
Alzheimer’s Disease: $148 billion/year
making sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions the second highest cost health and welfare cost to our society. This is getting more frightening by the moment.

Finally, let’s do the math…

2008 healthcare costs for the U.S. were $2.3 trillion (kaiseredu.org). Assuming 8% annual increases, that would bring 2014 costs to $3.38 trillion. Divide $290 billion $3.38 trillion and voila.. 8.6%. Who knew that sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide were responsible for 8.6% of our healthcare costs? Did I miss the NIH alert again?

What about the mental health care costs to treat all the laid off workers and their families?

I keep wondering how much damage the putz in the White House can do in 4 years? He’s raising the bar rather high.

The only promises Obango keeps are the destructive ones.
Not only did he not “end the war now” he got us into a third conflict.

I’m sure Barack is just trying to make sure his legacy of being this great country’s worst , most distructive president ever , is secured. What would you expect from a community aggitator ? His experience is showing.

I’m also sure Olivia and her kind , take great delight in knowing the pain that their kind of president is deliverying up. What could you expect from this community’s aggitator. Her purpose in life is showing.

I’ve heard it said ” When the righteous rule , the people rejoice. When the wicked rule , the people mourn. Are we there yet ?

“Here’s what you need to know from Thursday’s White House briefing with press secretary Jay Carney:

— Responding to DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s comment that Democrats “own” the economy, Carney offered: “We all own the economy. We all work together in Washington to devise policies to improve the economic situation.”

He went from blaming Bush to blaming ATMs and now he’s blaming us. But hey, Bush is gone and it’s gonna be very hard and costly to replace those ATMs. And since we’re not going anywhere, I guess the only thing left to do is REPLACE THAT ASSHOLE OBAMA!

Thousands more out of work, utility costs skyrocket; it’s a win/win situation for the Obamanistas who (with their MSM allies) will put all the blame on evil Big Coal and Big Utility Companies. Too, with the costs of electricity soaring, more people will have to apply for utility subsidies, making them even more dependent on the federal government…win/win.

As for the $290 billion a year in health and welfare benefits…yeah, right. How is that fantasy measured?

Ain’t that the truth.
